fluidentity.cc sells only digital access. We don't ship anything physical, and there are no delivery charges.
How you receive what you buy
- No-ads pass: it starts on your fluidentity.cc account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. Ads stop on every page where you're signed in.
- Storage balance: the top-up is added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- You'll see it on your account page straight away, and we email a receipt to your account's email address.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. Everything is delivered online, to your fluidentity.cc account, wherever you are.
If it doesn't arrive
Confirmation can occasionally take a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, write to support@fluidentity.cc with the payment ID, and we'll either deliver it or refund you in full. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
