This covers the two things you can buy on fluidentity.cc: the no-ads pass and storage balance. Prices are on the Pricing page.
Nothing to cancel
Everything is prepaid. Nothing renews or charges you automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.
- No-ads pass: it ends on its own when its month or year is up.
- Storage: to stop spending your balance, delete files until you're under the free 50 MB. Daily charges stop the next day.
Refunds
- No-ads pass: once a pass has started, it isn't refunded.
- Storage balance: top-ups don't expire and aren't refunded while you have an account. When you delete your fluidentity.cc account, we refund any unused balance.
- Charged twice, or in error: we refund the extra payment in full. If money left your account but the purchase didn't arrive, and it didn't sort itself out within 24 hours, write to us and we'll either deliver it or refund it.
- If we stop offering something you paid for: we refund the unused part.
How refunds work
- Write to support@fluidentity.cc from your account's email address, with the payment ID from your account page or receipt.
- We reply within 7 days. An approved refund goes back to the way you paid, within 7 working days. Your bank or card can take up to another 5–7 working days to show it.
- Refunds are in the currency you paid in. A PayPal payment is refunded to your PayPal account.
