Terms of Service

Last updated 4 Oct 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and fluidentity.cc for using the website and its apps. By using the site you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data and is part of these terms.

Who we are

fluidentity.cc is run by Aman Sangal, an individual in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). Write to support@fluidentity.cc about anything in these terms.

Using the apps

Your account

Your content

What you create — notes, files, loops, beats, expenses, tracker items, tickets — stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, back it up, and show it to you and to the people you choose to share it with. We don't use it for anything else, and that permission ends when you delete it or your account.

You're responsible for what you upload. Only put content on the site that you have the right to use.

What's not allowed

Don't use fluidentity.cc to:

If you break these rules, we may remove the content, limit your access, or close your account. Where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities.

Third-party services

Some apps work with other companies' services. Using them through fluidentity.cc also means following their terms:

We aren't responsible for these services, their availability, or changes they make that stop a feature working.

Availability and your data

We work to keep the site running and your data safe, but fluidentity.cc is run by one person on a single server:

Disclaimers and liability

The site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Cashcade is a personal record-keeping tool, not financial, tax or accounting advice. The music apps are practice aids, not a substitute for a teacher.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or anything caused by third-party services. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim — and while the site is free, that is zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. For changes that matter to account holders, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using it and ask us to delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, please write to us — most problems can be fixed with an email.
